Conditions

In order to obtain distributor pricing, we require that you be in the business of selling automotive parts and accessories for classic GM cars. Our warehouse distributor program is designed for those who can maintain a minimum quarterly purchasing level of $5000.00 or more. We also offer discounts for restoration oriented, body, paint and mechanical installation shops: those who operate service oriented businesses in automotive. Please inquire directly for mid-level pricing.

An opening order that contains only merchandise for the restoration of one or two does not qualify for distributor level pricing. Most items not contained herein that we offer in our retail website are priced for wholesale. Simply phone our order desk for pricing.

Minimum Order

The minimum opening order for warehouse distributor pricing is $10,000.00.

Warehouse Distributor

Distributors must maintain a purchasing level of at least $5000.00 per quarter.

Volume Discounts

We offer volume discounts on most items that we manufacture. All distributors are required to maintain a Minimum Advertised Price (M.A.P) to obtain distributor volume discount pricing. We reserve the right to cancel a distributor's volume discount price status if Minimum Advertised Price (M.A.P.) is not maintained.

Business Permits

All distributors are required to send in a copy of their sellers permit, business license and sales tax license as proof of business before being approved for distributors wholesale pricing. We will not offer discount pricing to those who do not meet this criteria.

Distributor Pricing Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel a distributor's discount price status if a distributor does not perform within reason based on the terms and conditions contained herein.

Qualifications

Access to this website does not necessarily qualify an individual or company to purchase parts from RESTOPARTS at discount levels.

Availability of all parts contained herein subject to change without notice.

Pricing Considerations

As pricing for raw materials, tool making, etc. fluctuates, prices in this website are subject to change without notice.

Parts that we reproduce are guaranteed to meet or exceed original manufacturer's specifications in fit, finish and quality. RESTOPARTS assumes no responsibility for improperly installed merchandise or misuse resulting in damage to the part.

Back Orders

The merchandise contained herein is rarely out of stock. Should such an occasion arise, the portion of your order that is not available will be held until such time that it is available to be shipped to you. Please indicate at the time of order placement if you wish to cancel "out of stock" merchandise. Otherwise, back orders will be shipped when available without notice.

Shortages in Shipment

Notification of a shortage must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Prior to notification, please be sure to thoroughly check each box against your invoice for all items before submitting a claim. In the event that a shortage has occurs, please contact us within 3 days so we may investigate. After 3 days RESTOPARTS will not be held responsible for a shortage.

Damages

It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect all merchandise for damage upon delivery. If the damage is due to shipment, please notify the carrier within 72 hours to insure that the carrier will be held responsible. If the damage appears to be related to defect, we will promptly replace the item(s) in question. We cannot replace "damaged in transit" merchandise unless a claim has been filed.

Returning Merchandise

RESTOPARTS accepts merchandise back for exchange credit only. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances to stocking warehouse distributors or body shops. Merchandise will not be accepted that has been improperly installed, resulting in damage. In addition, we do not accept merchandise that has been altered or painted. If a product is defective, we will promptly replace it. Non-RESTOPARTS manufactured merchandise is not returnable after 30 days.

Form of Payment

RESTOPARTS will ship distributor orders COD (company check accepted) upon approval of credit application. Customers not meeting the requirements for check approval must pay COD (certified check, cashier's check or money order) upon delivery. Distributors may also use major credit cards to eliminate COD fees for UPS orders or truck freight orders. An additional $5.00 processing fee will be added to orders paid by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. American Express orders will be charged an additional $8.00 processing fee per order. Distributors who have a company check acceptable COD account will have one COD tag per order when multiple boxes are being shipped. RESTOPARTS reserves the right to revoke the customer's COD company check accepted status if orders are refused or returned checks are received. If a multiple box order is shipped and the box with the COD tag is refused by the customer, we reserve the right to change the customer's payment status and all future orders will be shipped COD cash only with a COD tag placed on each box. The proper COD amounts will be applied to each box so the contents will match the COD amount. The customer will be charged a 10% service charge (minimum $50.00) on each returned check plus 2% interest per month.

State Sales Tax

Business owners in the state of California must supply a sellers permit signed by a principal owner in order that we can sell/ship to you waiving the state sales tax in accordance with the California State Board of Equalization. We must have a signed copy in our files prior to the sale (no exceptions).

Shipping Charges

All distributor orders will be shipped common ground freight (UPS, FED-EX) wherever possible, unless the order may be shipped less expensive via freight lines. Truck orders must be pre-paid prior to shipment.

Worldwide Dealer Orders Outside the United States

All distributor orders to foreign countries must be pre-paid preferably by credit card or US bank certified funds. We will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
